Oracle Payroll Solution Architect
As an Oracle HCM Payroll Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful payroll implementations for our clients. Your expertise in UK payroll legislation and large-scale HCM implementations will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions. You will lead and mentor a team, ensuring seamless integration across multiple HCM modules, and provide strategic guidance to clients, bridging the gap between their business needs and Oracle's capabilities.
- Lead and manage complex Oracle HCM payroll implementations, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and industry best practices.
- Architect and design end-to-end payroll solutions, considering client-specific requirements and Oracle's product capabilities.
- Mentor and guide a team of payroll consultants, ensuring their proficiency in Oracle HCM and effective project delivery.
- Bridge the gap between multiple HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration and data flow for accurate payroll processing.
- Assist clients in solutioning, testing, and PPR (Payroll Preview Report) processes, providing expert guidance and support.
- Conduct business process architecture workshops, understanding client needs, and translating them into effective Oracle HCM configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and enhancements, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and support, to deliver high-quality payroll solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations and proposals, to win new business and expand our client base.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM payroll implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite, with a strong understanding of the product's capabilities and limitations.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of payroll consultants.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex payroll issues.
- Experience in business process architecture, with the ability to translate client requirements into effective Oracle HCM configurations.
- Familiarity with payroll testing and PPR processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
