OTC Senior Sales Manager

You source and conduct marketing calls with potential clients to establish rapport and identify their foreign exchange needs. You service clients’ crypto requirements, maintain relationships, promote crypto services, onboard new clients, provide market and account updates, track profit and loss on successful trades, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Source and conduct marketing calls with potential clients
• Establish rapport with potential clients
• Identify clients’ foreign exchange needs
• Service clients’ crypto requirements
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Promote Coins’ crypto services
• Onboard new clients using KYC documents and proper due diligence
• Provide market feedback and forecasts to the business lead
• Provide account updates to the business lead
• Maintain and track profit and loss on successful client trades
• Maintain internal books and regulatory reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory operating processes and controls

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in finance or crypto organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Chinese speaking is a plus
