Job description

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned restaurant, bar, lounge, or other food and beverage outlet
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure memorable dining experiences
• Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team to achieve high performance and service excellence
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary and other hotel teams to deliver seamless operations and achieve business goals
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement continuous service improvements

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of food and beverage experience, including supervisory or management experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food and beverage standards
• Commercial awareness with experience in cost control and team management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage
