OUTLET MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet and lead the team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.
• Lead, manage and motivate the outlet team.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance and training.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock usage and wastage.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and company SOPs are maintained.
• Handle daily cash/POS and basic outlet administrative matters.
• Report operational issues and performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, retail or outlet management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B / Chinese cuisine experience is an advantage.
