PURPOSE:
Join our team as an Overflow Shelter Support Advocate; make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. In this hands-on overnight role, you will provide compassionate support, crisis intervention, resource referrals, and a safe, welcoming environment while helping guests navigate challenges and move toward stability. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, calm under pressure, and passionate about serving others while maintaining professional boundaries and accountability. You will offer an opportunity to positively impact lives by promoting safety, dignity, hope, and connection within our shelter community.
