Paid Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms
- Develop targeting strategies and ad creative concepts
- Create and edit content assets (including basic video editing)
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports using Looker Studio (Data Studio) and Google Sheets
- Participate in client calls and provide strategic recommendations
- Stay commercially minded — think beyond the platform to understand what clients actually need
Requirements
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid social media buying
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with TikTok Ads (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Ads (Demand Gen) is a plus
- Comfortable with client-facing communication — both written and calls
- Proactive, commercially aware, and able to think strategically Tools & Platforms

- Slack (team communication)
- Google Sheets, Canva, CapCut, Looker Studio (Data Studio)
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm UK time, should complete nine 9 hours work, inclusive of one 1 hour lunch break
