Part-Time Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Manage the CEO and President's schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel
- Coordinate details for leadership and board meetings, including location contracts and catering
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Work with the Chairman of the Board and executive committee on the Board of Directors presentations
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Be hands on with the company doing miscellaneous tasks such as placing orders, working with upset customers, scheduling deliveries, etc.
To succeed as an Executive Assistant, one must demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Attention to detail for documentation
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to manage executive schedule
- Ability to take direction and work in an open office environment

Education/Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri, 5 hours a day - flexible hours!!!
Salary:
- The role is salaried at an equivalent rate of $30-$35 per hour based on experience (this is an exempt role)
