Partnerships Manager

You will build and nurture relationships with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and traditional companies. You will develop event-based and year-long partnerships, coordinate sponsor experiences across internal stakeholders, bring in partners and mentors, and represent the organization professionally across the Web3 ecosystem. You will occasionally travel internationally for weekend hackathons.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new and existing relationships with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and traditional companies
• Coordinate with team members to deliver sponsor event experiences
• Create event-based and year-long multi-faceted partnerships
• Bring on technology partners and mentors for developers
• Represent ETHGlobal professionally within the Web3 ecosystem and beyond

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community roles
• Interest in crypto and technology
• Experience selling products to crypto companies
• Experience planning events
• Network in crypto
• Technical background
• Experience attending and participating in hackathons
