Payment Operations Manager Fiat and Digital Assets

You will resolve failed payments and exceptional routing cases, verify payment confirmations, and reconcile internal, bank, wallet, and liquidity-provider records. You will support OTC settlement and off-ramping, assist with audits and month-end work, and automate repetitive workflows with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve failed or rejected fiat and digital-asset payments
• Generate and verify payment confirmations
• Address exceptional payment-routing cases
• Perform daily reconciliations across internal ledgers, bank statements, and wallet or liquidity-provider reports
• Support client audit requests and finance month-end activities
• Support OTC trade execution and settlement
• Monitor stablecoin acquiring and off-ramp flows
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks
• Update standard operating procedures
