Payment Systems Delivery Manager
You lead payment solution integrations from technical, operational, and user-experience perspectives. You analyze documentation and APIs, guide implementation, improve payment journeys, coordinate with partners and internal teams, support launches, and use performance data and market practices to improve conversion and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze payment solution setup and technical documentation
- Translate technical documentation into implementation knowledge
- Identify dependencies and integration challenges
- Own the end-to-end integration perspective
- Represent the company in communications with payment providers and partners
- Provide content input for launch announcements and product materials
- Review and improve payment user journeys with Product Design and UX/UI teams
- Research and apply payment UX and integration best practices
- Support internal teams during new payment launches
- Analyze payment performance and customer experience
- Identify improvements in conversion, reliability, usability, and payment flow
- Recommend setup changes using data and benchmarks
- Provide feedback to payment providers on APIs and integration components
- Connect technical, product, UX, and commercial perspectives
Requirements
- Experience with payment solutions, payment integrations, fintech, or a related technical or product environment
- Ability to analyze technical documentation, APIs, integration guides, configuration parameters, and product requirements
- Experience working with development and technical teams
- Understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization
- Ability to analyze payment flows and improve conversion, usability, reliability, and performance
- Experience with payment providers or technology vendors
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Ability to research and apply market and UX best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
