Payroll Analyst
You will own end-to-end payroll across the UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands, and Spain. You will manage starters, leavers, and backpay; review monthly payroll outputs; resolve discrepancies and employee queries; calculate pay across hours, tax, national insurance, benefits, and leave; and lead year-end close across all entities. You will also provide accurate reporting and maintain clean payroll data while working directly with the payroll provider.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll across the UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands, and Spain
- Manage starters, leavers, and backpay accurately and on time
- Review monthly payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with the payroll provider
- Calculate pay across hours, tax, national insurance, benefits, and leave
- Resolve employee payroll queries directly
- Lead year-end close across all entities
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- UK payroll knowledge
- US payroll knowledge
- International payroll experience is a plus
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
- Confidence in Excel and Google Sheets
- Clear communication skills
- Fluency in English
