- Conduct pay slip simulation and gross up computations - Develop system configuration blueprints - Ensure payroll statutory reporting and payments - Identify process improvement and automation opportunities - Maintain payroll and HR data integrity - Manage time and attendance processes - Monitor payroll legislation changes - Participate in user acceptance testing - Perform payroll accounting and taxation administration - Provide payroll and HR data advisory - Resolve payroll issues and inquiries - Support compensation and benefits data reporting - Support mergers and acquisitions payroll setup - Support payroll vendor management
