As a Payroll & Union Benefits Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to support Payroll and Union Benefits day-to-day operations to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities. This position will perform transactional data entry into systems and review contracts identifying union benefits due. The payroll & Union Benefits Coordinator will accurately process and record company payroll with increasing complexity. This position must provide timely and accurate information. Critical for success is a strong attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality to process sensitive information and the ability to deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism.

What it takes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred (desired)
- Prior union exposure (desired)
- Previous payroll or accounting experience (desired)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team (desired)
