Duties will include:
- Meet with clients one on one as part of treatment team
- Use one's own experiences to help support clients
A Peer Support Specialist should:
- Be supportive, patient, and a positive person
- Have some experience helping people with emotional or behavioral challenges
- Learn independently
- Function well as part of a dynamic team
Individual and Group Supervision will be provided
Must have Peer License or Provisional Peer License
