Job Summary:
Join our team of helping professionals as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS)/Treatment Aide (TA), supporting the recovery and growth of teens in our residential treatment program. As a Treatment Aide, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing. You'll also provide cognitive, behavioral, and emotional support to help our clients overcome substance use and mental health challenges.
About the Role:
As a PSS/TA, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive and caring environment for our clients. You'll participate in daily activities, supervise daily routines, and work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each client. Job Summary:
Peer Support Specialists/Treatment Aides are helping professionals, many with lived experience with recovery who take a caring and personal approach in supporting the treatment plans and skill development for teens in our residential treatment program. Treatment Aides participate in and supervise daily activities and utilize motivational interviewing and other evidenced-based practices in providing cognitive, behavioral and emotional support for adolescent clients.
