Pega Business Architect Lead
The work
As a Pega‑focused Agile Scrum specialist, you will play a key role in driving successful delivery across project releases by managing sprint planning, execution, and reporting activities. You will translate project plans into structured sprint backlogs, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, properly estimated, and assigned to the right resources. In this position, you will facilitate daily scrum calls, maintain visibility into team progress, and lead core Scrum Ceremonies—including Sprint Kick‑Offs, Reviews, and Lessons Learned sessions—to keep delivery on track.
You will monitor sprint and release performance, identify risks or blockers, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders. Your Pega knowledge will support collaboration with technical teams, while your Agile expertise will ensure consistent adherence to best practices and delivery frameworks. Your ability to keep teams aligned, organized, and informed will be essential in maintaining project momentum and supporting the successful execution of each release.
Here’s what you need:
- Pega Certification (required)
- 3+ years of experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams or managing sprint operations
- Experience creating and managing sprint backlogs, including estimating hours, assigning resources, and tracking task progress
- Ability to facilitate daily scrum calls and lead Scrum Ceremonies such as Sprint Kick‑Off, End‑of‑Sprint Reviews, and Lessons Learned sessions
- Strong understanding of Agile project management principles and sprint governance
- Proficiency in reporting sprint and release progress to leadership and stakeholders
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience working in a Pega development environment or supporting Pega‑based projects
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne
- Background supporting federal or government clients in Agile delivery environments
- Experience facilitating cross‑team Agile events and large‑scale planning efforts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and timelines
Citizenship Requirement:
- Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
