YOUR MISSION

As a People Analyst, your mission will be key to building and maintaining a culture of well-being and development at Cabify Colombia. You will be the catalyst that attracts the right talent and ensures that every person feels valued and supported in their growth.

HOW WILL YOU HELP US FULFILL OUR MISSION?

• You will coordinate and execute external recruitment processes, from talent identification to the offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• You will design, implement, and lead the well-being plan for our teams, seeking initiatives that promote a positive and healthy work environment.
• You will actively collaborate in the definition and execution of culture, development, and training plans, ensuring that every Cabifier has the tools to grow.
• You will analyze People data and key indicators to identify trends, propose improvements, and optimize our talent management strategies.
• You will provide support in the management and monitoring of strategic projects within the People area, ensuring the achievement of objectives and the continuous improvement of our processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with a focus on recruitment, well-being, or organizational development.
• Ability to analyze information, critical thinking, and a strong orientation toward problem-solving.
• Assertive communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proactivity in task execution.
• Autonomy, initiative, and a strong orientation toward achieving results and objectives.
