We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to help scale VibeMeal — an AI-powered calorie tracking app
VibeMeal allows users to log meals through photos, voice, or text.
We’re actively scaling paid acquisition and looking for someone who understands subscription-based mobile apps and can take ownership of Meta Ads performance.
✅ Requirements
4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Experience scaling mobile subscription apps
Deep understanding of:Web-to-App funnels
In-App funnels
Onboarding optimization
Paywalls
Trial conversion optimization
Subscription metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, Payback
Experience with:AppsFlyer
RevenueCat
Meta Ads Manager
Firebase / Analytics tools
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making

Experience in Health & Fitness apps
Experience with calorie tracking, nutrition, or weight loss apps
Experience managing budgets above $50k/month
Experience working with AI-powered consumer apps
🧑💻 Responsibilities
Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns
Improve acquisition efficiency and profitability
Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks
Work closely with the founder, product, and design teams
Generate and test new creative angles and growth hypotheses
Optimize onboarding, paywalls, and subscription conversion
