Performance Marketing Specialist
Role Summary
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and measurement of digital marketing programs across Educate 360’s portfolio of brands.
This role will have a strong focus on paid media while also supporting email and lifecycle marketing, testing, reporting, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who is comfortable managing campaigns, analyzing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning strategy into effective marketing programs that drive leads and revenue.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and other advertising platforms, including paid social
- Build and launch campaigns aligned with established business objectives, budgets, audiences, offers, and marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, analyze keywords, search terms, audiences, placements, and creative, and implement optimizations to improve results
- Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns supporting promotions, products, webinars, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Support email audience segmentation, list management, suppression criteria, campaign tracking, and optimization
- Develop and execute A/B tests across paid media, email, messaging, creative, audiences, offers, and landing page experiences
- Analyze cross-channel performance and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve leads, conversions, revenue, CPA, and ROAS
- Develop and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards that connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTMs and conversion tracking, and assist with troubleshooting measurement issues
- Partner with content, creative, SEO, CRO, web, marketing operations, and other teams to coordinate campaigns and improve performance
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, efficiency, scalability, and overall marketing performance
