Planning Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end planning process,
- Oversee production planning and scheduling, including preparation and adjustment of production orders
- Analyse material availability data analysis, and adherence tracking
- Ensure optimal inventory levels, safety stock, and ERP parameters aligned with business needs
- Develop and improve planning and scheduling tools
- Collaborate closely with the Production Manager
- Lead and develop a team of 6 specialists within planning and procurement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Planning and Purchasing
- Solid knowledge of planning, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised approach
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement mindset
