Planning Manager
Develop and maintain project baseline schedule, weekly/monthly rolling plan and key project milestones
Track project execution progress, identify schedule deviation and analyze delay impact
Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and client side for schedule alignment and progress reporting
Optimize project critical path and propose schedule recovery strategies
8+ years project planning experience in offshore EPC / oil & gas marine projects
Strong stakeholder communication and schedule risk management capability
