Plant Manager

HSM is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation and drive excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. This role will lead plant operations, develop high-performing teams, optimize production and resources, and champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, strong business and operational acumen, and experience driving measurable improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
