Plant Manager

JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Area Plant Director, the Plant Manager is responsible for overall management of Synagro’s SWPCA Facility. This includes ownership of personnel and process safety, environmental compliance, O&M Performance and full P&L responsibility. This individual provides leadership to the SWPCA Team and serves as a liaison between the Authority and Synagro.
