What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, optimisation, governance, and onboarding of customer-facing platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

• Own and optimise key customer-facing technology platforms.
• Lead platform onboarding, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.
• Drive automation, efficiency, platform adoption, and operational excellence.
• Ensure platforms are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Profile description:

About You

• Proven experience managing technology platforms within an IT services or managed services environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in systems administration, infrastructure management, and enterprise platforms.
• Previous experience working within a Network Operations Centre (NOC), Technical Operations, or Systems Engineering environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer infrastructure, including cloud, server, networking, and SaaS-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing, onboarding, and rolling out new technology platforms across customers and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, integration, security, governance, and operational best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, standards, procedures, and platform knowledge bases.
• Proven ability to lead platform change management, adoption, and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Skilled at engaging stakeholders, collaborating with vendors, and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• A proactive, solutions-focused professional with a passion for automation, innovation, and operational excellence.
