Platform Product Manager
You will execute product strategies for global banking and payments products. You will drive API-first initiatives, define requirements and success metrics, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitor performance, and advocate for customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive API-first initiatives
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
- Publish product requirement documents with low-fidelity wireframes and measurable metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and product teams
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and internal teams
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Deliver features and enhancements on schedule
- Monitor product performance
- Iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Advocate for customer needs throughout the development process
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience within a B2B fintech organisation with an API platform
- Strong technical background to understand APIs
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of product features
- Knowledge of the global fintech landscape and fiat, cross-border, or crypto products is a plus
