Plumbing Project Manager position in San Francisco

This is a permanent position with salary and benefits. We are a large, growing Mechanical Contractor that specializes in Plumbing/HVAC Design-Build projects in the Bay Area.

We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager. Here are the primary responsibilities of this position:

• Manage current and future Plumbing Projects
• Split time and responsibility between the office and field
• Manage schedule, project budget, change orders, RFI’s, and ensure projects come in on-time and under-budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Stable work-history
• Local in the Bay Area
