Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO - Business Analyst to support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives for successful delivery
- Analyze project data and generate actionable insights to support informed decision-making
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements and process flows to guide project execution
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics to track success and identify risks
- Support project governance by assisting in planning, tracking, and reporting activities to maintain project control
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to enhance project outcomes
- Manage records and documentation, preferably using the Newgen platform, to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Apply knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies to support project requirements and integration efforts
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of project management methodologies to enhance project execution
- Agile certification as an additional advantage to support agile project environments
- Experience working in the GCC considered an additional advantage
