PMO Manager - Contract

PMO Manager required to join a large organisation supporting a portfolio of programmes and transformation initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the PMO function, driving governance, reporting, delivery assurance, and continuous improvement while partnering with senior stakeholders to enable successful programme delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead the PMO function and establish best practice governance.
• Oversee programme and project reporting, planning, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive reporting and governance packs.
• Support successful delivery across a complex portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing PMO team.
• Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and frameworks.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading a PMO within complex programme or portfolio environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, planning, and delivery assurance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing programme reporting, risks, issues, resources, and dependencies.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and continuous improvement capability.
• Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies.
• Experience in the public sector or large transformation programmes is advantageous.
