As a Policy System Analyst, you will be responsible for Policy Center system support which includes production problem management, managing clean-ups, analysis, testing, recreates, knowledge share and participation in delivery of fixes. You will also provide business and technical support to system strategy delivery related to backlog refinement, system applications, procedures, workflows and documentation.

How you will create impact:

  • Act as a System Support expert in maintaining the health of our policy administration systems, policy training system and deliver on business and technology capabilities and strategy.
  • Support system strategy through technical debt review and backlog analysis.
  • Responsible for end-to-end production problem clean-up management across all Product lines.
  • Accountable for overall quality of problem records in the Problem Management Tool (categorization, prioritization, formal closure).
  • Provide support to Business Partners on current business functions

To join our team:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Systems and Production.
  • You have a Diploma or Degree in Business, information technology or Computer Science.
  • Holding the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is an asset.
  • You have working knowledge and extensive comprehension of business/systems applications, procedures and workflows.

Salary placement

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Incentive/Variable pay

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.

Sales Roles

Expected salary/hourly range $X - $X (min-max, full range). This role is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan for additional compensation with an annual target of X%.
