Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EL2 ICT Portfolio Manager to lead the strategic management of ICT projects and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the ICT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the agency's strategic goals and objectives.
• Prioritise and optimise resource allocation across projects and initiatives.
• Engage cross-functional teams to execute ICT programs and projects.
• Define and monitor program goals, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and partners.

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading teams.
• Project management certifications preferred (PMP, Prince2, SAFe etc.).
• Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders, including senior executives, vendors and supporting teams. The ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner is crucial to this role.
