Requirements
The Bare Essentials
- Degree in Environment Design / Architecture
- Post Graduate degree in Retail Design, Furniture Design
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Sketching & PowerPoint
- Any extra tools in your design arsenal? Big boost up!
- Fresh or up to 2 years of experience (yes, internships + personal passion projects count!).
- Portfolio link that showcases creativity, experimentation, and strong design fundamentals.
- Ready to hit the deck in Pune, full time.
What You’ll Do
- Tells stories through environments, turn ideas into real‑world experiences.
- Study Users/ consumers, bring concepts to life through sketches, layouts, elevations & clean 3D views and create smart, user‑centred solutions
- Design & detail retail spaces, signage systems & spatial brand experiences, furniture & fit outs
- Build basic prototypes and SketchUp renders that express your ideas clearly
- Collaborate with the team
- Travel to sites, locations, study & supervise design execution
- Present your ideas with clarity (yes, English is a must)
