PPIC Section Head / PPIC Manager (Wood Manufacturing)

On behalf of our client, Hardwood Manufacturing Company that is looking to hire a PPIC Section Head / PPIC Manager position with details below

Job Description:

1. Lead and supervise the PPIC team in carrying out daily tasks.
2. Responsible for preparing and ensuring the monthly production plan (for material and finished goods production) aligns with the set plan.
3. Monitor and evaluate stock levels to maintain balanced stock of materials and production support items.
4. Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure the availability of materials and production support items.
5. Collaborate with the production, marketing, and procurement departments to ensure good teamwork and the achievement of production targets.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelors degree in any field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a PPIC Section Head / PPIC Department Head in a wood manufacturing company.
3. Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Effective leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
