Principal Construction Manager-Buildings

Under the direction of the Executive Project Director or Deputy Executive Project Director: manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of assigned areas within operations of Team 1 with primary responsibility for buildings - Operations and Maintenance facilities, station, garages and other facilities construction projects; manages Link Light Rail, Sounder Commuter Rail, and/or Bus Rapid Transit construction projects providing technical and managerial leadership throughout the planning, design, and pre-construction construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
