Job Description:

An IT Project Manager Principal is responsible for leading temporary organizations or coordinating resources and people across functions for the development of IT products, services, and solutions. These efforts are executed within an agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

The IT Project Manager Principal is a seasoned expert in IT project management, typically possessing 8+ years of relevant experience, acquired through education and practical experience. This role manages projects of high complexity, with major deliverables that have a medium to high impact on the business. The individual also supports teams in applying project management expertise effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, complex projects, including full end-to-end processes with minimal supervision.
• Ensure delivery on project scope, budget, timeline, and quality metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and review work of lower-level professionals, delegating responsibilities as needed.
• Troubleshoot complex and challenging project-related issues, providing solutions to ensure project success.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively.
• Support continuous improvement within the project management domain.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management.
