Principal Network Program Manager AI Infrastructure

You will lead cross-functional programs for next-generation AI networking infrastructure, optical connectivity, and hyperscale datacenter technologies. You will coordinate engineering, supplier, manufacturing, and deployment activities, manage schedules and risks, align roadmaps, and drive technical and operational issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead network infrastructure programs from concept through deployment
• Coordinate execution across networking, optical connectivity, systems hardware, operations, manufacturing, and supplier teams
• Drive schedules, milestones, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive reporting
• Partner with architecture and hardware engineering teams on high-speed network solutions
• Manage supplier engagement and roadmap alignment
• Coordinate qualification, validation, and production readiness activities
• Support deployment and scaling of AI datacenter networking infrastructure
• Align technology roadmaps with scalability, supply chain, quality, and cost objectives
• Interface with customers, ecosystem partners, and standards organizations
• Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams
• Drive escalation and resolution of technical and operational challenges
• Improve networking deployment processes and program execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership
• Experience in networking, optical connectivity, or datacenter infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of AI and hyperscale datacenter networking technologies
• Experience with high-speed optical interconnect technologies
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware, software, networking, operations, and supplier programs
• Experience managing external supplier relationships and technical roadmap alignment
• Experience coordinating product lifecycle activities from architecture through deployment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in fast-paced technical infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of Ethernet, PCIe, UCIe, RDMA, or RoCEv2
• Experience with silicon photonics, optical compute interconnects, or co-packaged optics
• Familiarity with AI networking architectures and GPU or accelerator clusters
• Knowledge of hyperscale datacenter operations
• Experience with IEEE, OIF, PCI-SIG, or related standards organizations
• Background in supplier sourcing, manufacturing ramp, or operational scaling
• Experience supporting AI or HPC networking infrastructure
• Understanding of networking telemetry, optical diagnostics, or infrastructure resiliency
