Principal Product Manager
You will define and evolve the product vision, positioning, strategy, and roadmap for a digital asset risk intelligence platform. You will translate security expertise, research, data, and monitoring capabilities into scalable products; identify institutional use cases; own due diligence, risk scoring, monitoring, alerts, and portfolio oversight experiences; establish standards for data quality and explainability; lead prioritization, validation, launches, and performance; develop the product team; and drive adoption and commercial value.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product vision, positioning, strategy, and roadmap
- Translate security expertise, research, data, and monitoring capabilities into scalable products
- Identify institutional use cases through customer discovery, pilots, and design partnerships
- Own experiences for due diligence, risk scoring, continuous monitoring, alerts, and portfolio oversight
- Partner with security, risk, data, and engineering teams to develop risk methodologies
- Set standards for data quality, coverage, freshness, explainability, alert relevance, and auditability
- Own product prioritization, requirements, validation, launches, and post-launch performance
- Lead and develop the product team
- Balance customer needs and commercial opportunities with technical feasibility and scalability
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams on packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Ensure the product meets institutional requirements for integrations, APIs, access controls, reporting, data governance, and operational reliability
- Drive product adoption, customer value, and commercial performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software, cybersecurity, FinTech, RegTech, data products, or risk intelligence
- Experience owning product strategy, customer discovery, roadmaps, delivery, launches, and product performance
- Experience leading product managers or multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, custody, exchanges, and on-chain transactions
- Experience building complex data, scoring, monitoring, analytics, or decision-support products
- Understanding of data quality, coverage, freshness, explainability, alert thresholds, and methodology governance
- Experience building products for financial institutions, enterprises, or regulated organizations
- Practical experience delivering AI-powered capabilities and evaluating their reliability, explainability, data quality, and production risks
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- Background in cybersecurity, blockchain analytics, threat intelligence, fraud detection, compliance, or risk ratings
- Experience building risk-scoring methodologies, rules engines, alerting systems, portfolio monitoring products, or intelligence APIs
- Experience taking an early enterprise product from design partnerships to commercial adoption
- Experience working with institutional digital asset teams, security researchers, auditors, data scientists, or risk experts
