Principal/Senior Product Manager AI and Agent

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI and agent platform or application products. You will define roadmaps and technical requirements, lead development from conception through launch, write product documentation, measure performance, and identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies. You will work with engineering, science, UX, design, business development, legal, marketing, CRM, and analytics stakeholders to balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for key AI and agent platform components or application products in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through launch, including PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements.
• Develop and track success metrics, analyze product performance, and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure an optimal user experience across Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across science, engineering, design, business development, and legal.
• Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.
• Identify and assess opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of industry experience, including at least 3+ years in technical product management.
• Strong technical background and a track record of delivering complex technical products at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
