Principal SLT Test Engineer
You will build and lead a team developing system-level test capability for next-generation AI processors. You will define manufacturing test solutions, develop SLT fixtures and test programs, balance coverage across test stages, correlate results with bench measurements, transfer solutions to manufacturing partners, and support silicon and board bring-up and yield improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineers implementing SLT test solutions
- Define manufacturing test solutions with Silicon, Test, and DFT teams
- Develop an SLT system for AI processors
- Define SLT test fixtures
- Write production, engineering, and characterization test programs
- Balance test coverage and fault detection across test stages
- Correlate test results with bench measurements
- Transfer test solutions to offshore vendors
- Support silicon and board bring-up
- Identify silicon failures
- Improve yield learning
