Their services span data annotation, model development, validation, and analytics, enabling clients to scale innovation with speed, accuracy, and operational excellence.

Job Summary:
The Principal Solutions Architect will play a mission-critical role in scaling Autonomy and AI Data Services. This position combines business development, technical leadership, and delivery supportbridging the gap between client needs, solution design, and operational execution. The Architect will act as a trusted advisor for both internal stakeholders and external clients, helping position our client as a leader in autonomy and AI-driven BPO services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of tailored solutions for Autonomy and AI Data Services, ensuring alignment with client needs and operational capabilities.
• Conduct technical workshops, scope problem statements, and support proposals/RFP responses.
• Build strong client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders, engineering leaders, and C-level executives.
• Support business development by qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and acting as technical lead during client engagements.
• Partner with delivery teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure service quality.
• Provide domain leadership, staying ahead of industry trends and embedding best practices into solutions.
• Review complex deliverables and ensure adherence to high quality standards.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in solutions architecture, AI/ML operations, or data operations in AV/ADAS/UAV/Robotics.
• Strong knowledge of autonomy systems from R&D through deployment.
• Expertise in data annotation (2D/3D), perception models, and sensor technologies (LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, Multi-Sensor Fusion).
• Advanced skills in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience in AI workflows including LLMs, RLHF, RAG, model evaluation, and risk/quality controls.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with proven ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

Preferred:

• Background in BPO, ML operations, or AI data services.
• Experience with autonomy tech companies, OEMs, robotics manufacturers, or large-scale enterprise AI projects.
• Familiarity with data platforms (Applied Intuition, Deepen, Dataloop, Segments, or in-house).

• Knowledge of ISO, SOC, TISAX, and cybersecurity frameworks.
