Processor- EI Sales ( UAEN )
About the Role
Emirates Islamic is looking for a detail-oriented Processor to join the EI Sales team. This role will support customer finance applications from submission to approval and booking, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, smooth coordination, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer finance applications accurately within agreed turnaround times.
Collect, verify, and manage required documents as per approved checklists.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal completion.
Respond to customer queries and provide regular updates on application status.
Maintain MIS reports and ensure adherence to SOPs, audit, compliance, and service quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
UAE National candidates are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma qualification.
Experience in banking operations, sales support, processing, customer service, or administration.
Strong attention to detail, documentation management, and follow-up skills.
Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
