About the department
The Enterprise Vendor Management team drives Franklin Templeton’s global sourcing and vendor strategy. The team manages labor and non-labor suppliers to deliver high-quality services while optimizing cost and value. Team members partner with global stakeholders to execute strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to large-scale global projects and high-value business decisions.
How you will add value?
You will:
Manage sourcing across key business categories.
Gather and clarify stakeholder requirements.
Execute sourcing and contracting activities.
Maintain accurate records for all engagements.
Track requests and ensure timely updates.
Run sourcing events and manage intake queues.
Support supplier negotiations and contracting.
Review and redline agreements.
Partner with Legal to resolve contract issues.
Manage supplier relationships and performance.
Contribute to projects and strategic initiatives.
What will help you be successful in this role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
2–5 years in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
Exposure to professional services and corporate categories
Financial services experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Technical Skills:
Strong sourcing and contracting knowledge
Experience with spend analysis and reporting
Contract review and redlining capability
Intermediate Excel skills
Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools
Soft Skills:
Comfortable working in ambiguity
Strong prioritization and multitasking ability
Confident stakeholder engagement skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Job Level - Individual Contributor
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
