Procurement & vendor management specialist

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or technology sales support.
Experience in sourcing software vendors, technology partners, or IT solutions is highly preferred.
Strong market research and supplier sourcing skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to identify new technology vendors and evaluate business opportunities.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience working with Odoo system is an advantage.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the company and customer purchasing requirements.
Manage the vendor registration process, including collecting, verifying, and maintaining all required vendor documentation.
Request and evaluate RFQs, negotiate commercial terms, and issue purchase orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and successful completion of the procurement cycle.
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain procurement documentation and supporting evidence.
Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, distributors, and technology partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective partnerships.
Manage procurement for software, hardware, office supplies, services, and other company operational requirements.
Research new software vendors and technology solutions to support customer requirements and expand the company’s portfolio.
Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
