We need a Procurement Executive who’s part bargain hunter, part planner, and part superhero for our wellness centre. Whether you’re a fresh grad, or mid-career looking for something new — if you’re sharp, organised, and love a good negotiation, come play with us.
What You will do:
- Run the Buy: Manage purchasing workflow — from sourcing to PO to delivery
- Vendor Vibes: Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers. Get the best price + best quality
- Stock Boss: Monitor inventory levels so we never run out of the good stuff
- Cost Watcher: Track spend, compare quotes, and help us save $$$
- Sales + Ops Support: Work with the centre team to forecast what we need, when we need it
- Process + Fun: Help streamline procurement and make it efficient and enjoyable
You are the one if you:
- Fresh grad or 1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, retail ops, or admin
- Super organised and detail-driven — Excel is your best friend
- Good negotiator and communicator. Can charm a supplier and close a deal
- Proactive, resourceful, and love problem-solving
- Bonus: Experience in wellness/retail is great, but attitude is everything
