Procurement & Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, import documentation, supplier negotiation, inventory planning, and logistics operations. This role ensures continuous and compliant supply of pharmaceutical products in line with GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing and vendor evaluation for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and finished goods.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with local and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier qualification in cooperation with QA/RA teams.
• Forecast stock demand and plan purchase schedules.
• Coordinate international shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Monitor deliveries, temperature control, and document accuracy.
• Liaise with warehouse for receiving, dispatch, and stock control.
• Plan safety stock levels, reorder points, and minimize loss or expired goods.
• Supervise procurement and logistics team, create SOPs, and provide monthly reports.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or Pharmacy.
• 2-3 years experience in procurement/logistics; pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.

• Leadership, problem-solving, compliance, and time management skills.
