Procurement Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading hospitality company who are hiring a procurement manager to be based in Iraq.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities and manage vendor relationships.
• Establish quality control measures for food and beverage service, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Ensure full utilization of the stock management system software for all inventory-related tasks.
• Oversee and take full responsibility for the warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement hygiene policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in Iraq will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement and supply within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and hygiene standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Iraq market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
