About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Logistics & Services Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading sourcing initiatives, and driving value creation across multiple transportation and logistics categories. Working closely with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders, you will help deliver cost leadership, service excellence, and profitable growth while influencing strategic procurement decisions across the business. - Work with a global procurement organization supporting transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage, and logistics services.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives and profitable growth.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management activities, and sourcing initiatives to maximize value and service performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and external partners.
- Manage RFP events and source-to-contract activities across assigned categories and geographies.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to align procurement decisions and capacity planning needs.
- Identify supply chain risks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and supplier standards.

- Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, transportation, supply chain, logistics, forwarding, warehousing, or related industries.
- Experience developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present recommendations to leadership.
- Experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI tools is highly desirable.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen combined with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (5 days per week, fully onsite)
Reporting Line: Head of Procurement
Travel Expectations: Limited travel as required by business needs.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
