What You'll Do:

• Lead sourcing initiatives from everyday purchases to strategic, high-stakes deals
• Negotiate commercial agreements and create value-driven contracts
• Manage tender processes and supplier evaluations to select top suppliers
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize sourcing strategies for efficiency and savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to achieve business goals

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, with strong expertise in ITO/BPO
• Proven ability to handle complex, multi-million-dollar global deals
• Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on approach to contract execution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage clients and suppliers
