Procurement Specialist
You will manage infrastructure, equipment, software, service, marketing, and outsourcing procurement. You will handle cloud, CDN, IDC, telecommunications, licenses, maintenance, messaging, identity verification, advertising, development, QA, security, consulting, and procurement planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Procure infrastructure services
- Procure cloud, CDN, IDC, telecommunications, and construction services
- Procure equipment and solutions
- Procure perpetual and subscription software licenses
- Procure hardware and software maintenance
- Procure messaging and identity verification services
- Manage marketing procurement and related contracts
- Manage outsourcing procurement for development, QA, design, engineering, operations, security, monitoring, translation, certification, and planning
- Perform procurement planning and related ongoing duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 9 to 12 years of procurement experience
- Procurement experience and related knowledge in the IT or finance industries
- Ability to establish strategies for procurement targets
- Ability to execute end-to-end procurement processes
- Strong document writing and reporting skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communication skills for internal and external collaboration and negotiation
- CPSM certification
- Vendor or supplier sourcing and management experience
- Compliance response experience
- Multi-cloud experience
- Multi-CDN experience
- Overseas vendor communication skills
- Procurement experience in AI or blockchain
