Product Analyst Intern

Overview

The Product Analyst Intern will support the KoraERP product team in analyzing business requirements, documenting workflows, refining product requirements documents (PRDs), and assisting in module research and validation. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in product management, business analysis, ERP systems, and AI-native software platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in creating and refining Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
2. Analyze workflows, user journeys, and business processes
3. Conduct research on ERP systems, industry practices, and AI-driven features
4. Help document functional and non-functional requirements
5. Support module reviews and feature validation activities
6. Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders for clarification and alignment
7. Organize and maintain project documentation and trackers
8. Assist in identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across modules

Required Qualifications

1. Currently taking or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
2. Strong analytical and documentation skills
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with ERP systems, product management, or business analysis
2. Experience with data analysis tools or software
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
4. Interest in AI technologies and their application in business
5. Basic understanding of software development processes
