Product Compliance Officer

Reporting to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, the Product Compliance Officer primary mandate will be to manage all aspects of gaming laboratory submissions and compliance (hardware and software), manage, test and approve the release of ADGT’s software products. This role ensures all products meet applicable regulatory, gaming laboratory, and jurisdictional requirements while enabling timely product delivery and continuous innovation. The position operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations, driving compliance excellence across the full product lifecycle. • Lead product compliance across software and hardware, ensuring alignment with regulatory and gaming requirements • Manage regulatory submissions and certifications, including coordination with gaming labs and tracking approvals • Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle • Oversee release readiness, ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met prior to deployment • Drive process improvements and reporting to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability of product compliance operations

• 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory, certification, or related roles within a technology or regulated industry • Experience with gaming, payments, or highly regulated environments (preferred) • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product release processes • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, certification processes, or compliance requirements • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail
